Deb Ransom is Managing Director of Cavalier Property Group. Deb served as a Army Nurse obtaining the rank of Captain. She served during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield in a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital. She has been a registered nurse for over 35 years and is a certified Case Manager. Deb manages compliance of all assessment and inspection reporting.

Jim Ransom is Lead Project Manager at Cavalier Property Group. Jim has over 35 years of experience in construction, engineering, inspection, estimating and due diligence in both underground and above ground construction for several Fortune 500 and ENR 500 companies. He is a certified commercial and licensed home inspector and is certified in project management through PMI.
